Challenge
The Client approached SSA to help improve their customer retention. The Client’s product had grown to some scale, but Customers were struggling to understand the impact it was having for their business
Our Solution
Upon receiving access to millions of rows of raw transaction data, SSA built a detailed SQL model which allowed us to validate the success of the Client’s product and create a presentation for the Leadership team of each Customer
The Results
SSA successfully persuaded several of the Client’s largest customers to remain on the platform – resulting in retention of over $100k in annual recurring revenue
